The short version
We collect only what we need to respond to your enquiry and run this site properly: your name, contact details, and whatever you choose to share about your situation when you book a call, message us, or fill in a form. We never sell your data, and we only share it with the specific tools we use to run this business (like Calendly for bookings), not with advertisers or third-party marketers.

What data we collect, and why
Your name, email address, and the details you choose to share about your situation, collected so we can respond to your enquiry. Legal basis: your consent, given by submitting the form.
Your name, email, and phone number, collected via Calendly (a third-party booking tool) to schedule and manage your appointment. Legal basis: taking steps to enter into a service agreement at your request.
Whatever information you choose to share in that conversation. WhatsApp’s own privacy policy governs how the platform itself handles this data. Legal basis: your consent, by initiating contact.
Basic analytics data (pages visited, general location by country, device type) if you’ve consented to analytics cookies, to help us understand and improve the site. Legal basis: your consent.
We do not collect any special category data (health, religion, immigration status, etc.) through the site itself. If you choose to share such details during a consultation call, that information is used solely to provide you with relevant guidance and is not stored beyond what’s reasonably needed for that purpose.
Who we share data with
We use a small number of third-party tools to run this business, and your data may pass through them:
- Calendly, to manage call bookings
- WhatsApp (Meta), if you message us through WhatsApp
- Analytics provider, if you’ve consented to analytics cookies
- Email provider, to receive and respond to enquiries
Each of these providers has its own privacy policy governing how they handle data on their platforms. We do not sell, rent, or share your data with advertisers or data brokers.
How long we keep your data
We keep enquiry and booking data for as long as reasonably needed to provide our service and respond to you, and no longer than 24 months from your last contact with us unless you become an ongoing client, in which case standard business record-keeping periods apply. You can request deletion at any time — see your rights below.
Your rights under GDPR
If you’re in the EU or UK, you have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you
- Correct inaccurate data
- Delete your data (“right to be forgotten”)
- Restrict or object to how we process your data
- Data portability, receiving your data in a portable format
- Withdraw consent at any time, where we rely on consent as our legal basis
- Lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority if you believe your rights have been violated

International data transfers
Some of the third-party tools we use (such as Calendly and WhatsApp) may process data outside the EU/UK.
