What New Life Europe is. And what it isn't.

Clarity matters more here than almost anywhere else on this site. Before you book a call, here is exactly what kind of help you're getting — and what you should get from someone else instead.

What we are

Personal, experience-based coaching on your move to Europe.

New Life Europe is a personal international mobility guidance and coaching service. Your guide has lived through three international relocations personally — across the UK, Canada, and Spain — and now coaches families through their own move to Europe with that same first-hand experience.

That means practical, honest, experience-based coaching on:

Which country and city might genuinely fit your family's situation, budget, and goals

What the general study or relocation pathway looks like, in plain language

What day-to-day life actually involves once you arrive: housing, schools, banking, healthcare, settling in

The questions you don't know to ask yet, because you haven't done this before

What we are not

Four clear lines that don't move.

We are not an immigration lawyer or legal representative.

We do not provide legal advice, we do not represent you before any government, consulate, or embassy, and we do not interpret immigration law on your behalf. For anything that constitutes legal advice, a properly licensed immigration lawyer in the relevant country is who you need — and we will tell you so directly if your situation calls for one.

We are not a recruitment agent for any university.

We do not receive commission from any university, agency, or third party for where you or your child ultimately enrol. Our advice is not shaped by who pays us the most for a referral — because nobody pays us for referrals at all.

We do not guarantee visa approval, admission, or any specific outcome.

Every visa and study permit decision is made solely by the relevant government authority or university, based on your individual application and circumstances. Anyone who guarantees you a visa outcome is not being honest with you — and that includes us if we ever did so, which we won't.

We are not a substitute for official government guidance.

Embassy websites, consulate guidance, and official government immigration portals are the final word on requirements and process. We help you understand and navigate that information; we do not replace it.

Why we draw this line so clearly

Overpromising is common in this industry. We would rather lose a booking than blur this line.

Cross-border migration is a serious, sometimes politically sensitive matter, and families deserve a guide who is completely transparent about the nature of the help being offered.

If, during a consultation, your situation turns out to need a licensed immigration lawyer, a regulated visa agent, or any other specific professional, we will tell you plainly and, where we can, point you toward how to find one. That is part of doing this honestly.

A note on studying and working legally

All guidance supports lawful pathways through official channels.

All guidance provided through New Life Europe is intended to help you pursue legitimate, lawful study and relocation pathways through official government processes. We do not assist with, advise on, or condone any attempt to circumvent immigration law, visa requirements, or the legal process of any country. Every pathway discussed on this site involves applying through the recognised official channel of the destination country.

When you need a licensed professional

Recognising the edge of our lane is part of doing this honestly.

Some situations — a complicated visa refusal history, a specific legal question about eligibility, or anything involving direct communication with an embassy or consulate on your behalf — genuinely need a licensed immigration lawyer or accredited consultant, not a coach. When that comes up during a call, we say so plainly and help you understand what kind of professional to look for next.

This is a boundary we hold consistently, not just when it's convenient.
