Meet your guide

I've done this three times. I'm not doing it for the fourth time alone, and neither should you.

No fixed office, no call centre, no rotating team of junior coordinators. When you work with New Life Europe, you work directly with the person who built it — someone who first crossed a border as a student with a suitcase and a place at university, and later built a career in international business development, growth strategy, and strategic partnerships while doing it two more times.

Three relocations, three continents

The road that made this business possible.

The first move was to the UK, and it didn't start as a career move. It started as a student, arriving with a suitcase, a place at a university, and every one of the same nerves that show up in the inboxes of families reading the Study in Europe pages on this site right now: a new education system to figure out, a budget to stretch further than it wanted to go, and a life to build from nothing without family nearby. That student experience is exactly why the guidance on this site doesn't sound like it was written by someone who only ever managed a spreadsheet from a head office. It was lived first, from the classroom up.

What followed was staying on to build a career in the UK as that student became a working professional — and eventually decades spent in international business development, growth strategy, and strategic partnerships, work that meant building relationships and closing agreements across dozens of countries, learning firsthand how organisations, and individual people, successfully cross borders and put down new roots.

The second move was to Canada, a fresh start in a new system, a new culture, and a new set of institutions to learn from scratch — this time as an established professional rather than a student. The third move, more recent, was to Spain, chosen deliberately rather than for a job, built around lifestyle, climate, and a different pace of life.

Three relocations. Three separate immigration systems navigated personally — not through an agency, not through a company relocation package, but by sitting down, reading the requirements, gathering the documents, and doing the work — first as a student with no safety net, later as a professional with decades of cross-border experience behind the decision.

Along the way: nearly 30 countries lived in, worked in, or crossed through. Austria, Bangladesh, Egypt, France, Germany, Italy, Japan, Kenya, Malaysia, Morocco, the Netherlands, Oman, Pakistan, the Philippines, Turkey, Singapore, Slovenia, Spain, Saudi Arabia, Switzerland, the UAE, the USA, and more.

That's not a travel brag. It's the reason this business exists. Nobody who has actually done this work — as a student first and a professional after — believes a country is just a set of forms. It's schools, grocery stores, the way people queue, the specific kind of loneliness that hits around month three, and the specific kind of relief that arrives around month eight when it finally starts to feel like home.

Why this, and why now

Built by someone currently living the exact decision it exists to help with.

Right now, university planning is happening in this household too — the same research, the same comparisons between countries, the same late-night spreadsheets weighing tuition against lifestyle against long-term prospects that so many of the families reading this page are doing for their own children. This isn't a service built from the outside looking in. It's built by someone currently living the exact decision it exists to help with.

That combination — a career built on international business development, growth strategy, and strategic partnerships; three personal relocations that started as a student and continued as a professional; and an active, ongoing stake in getting the next move right — is what New Life Europe is built on.

What "guide" means here

Not an agent. Not a lawyer. Someone who has walked the road.

A guide is not an agent. An agent gets paid when you choose a particular university, a particular property, or a particular provider. A guide gets paid for helping you think clearly, and has nothing to gain from steering you toward any specific outcome.

A guide is not a lawyer. Legal questions, complicated cases, and anything involving direct representation before an embassy or consulate belong with a licensed professional — and part of doing this honestly is knowing exactly when to say so and point you toward the right person.

A guide is someone who has walked the road before you, remembers what it actually felt like, and is willing to walk part of it alongside you now.

What working together actually looks like

No scripts. No generic checklists. Just your specific situation.

Every conversation starts with your specific situation: your family, your budget, your child's interests, your timeline, your worries. From there, honest guidance — including the parts that aren't flattering to hear, like when a popular destination genuinely isn't the right fit for your circumstances.

Your specific situation

Not a generic checklist or a script recycled from a government website. Your family, your goals, your constraints — that's the starting point, every time.

Honest trade-offs

You'll hear the downside of every option, not just the pitch. The most popular destination for your budget might not be the right fit — and you'll know why.

Direct access

This is a business of one, by design. Not because it can't grow, but because the thing families are actually paying for is direct access to someone who has lived this — not a brand, not a call centre, not whoever happens to be free that week.

A note on privacy

Why there's no name on this page.

You'll notice there's no name attached to this page. That's a deliberate choice, not an evasion. The relocation industry is full of people selling a personal brand instead of a genuine service, and this is built the other way around: the experience matters, the credentials matter, the honesty matters, and the guidance stands on its own without needing a name attached to sell it.

Ready to talk through your own situation?

Every family's move looks different. The first conversation is where that becomes clear.
